What circumstances give rise to “planned orders”? What kind of orders could be anticipated, and how is that conversion completed?
When the system generates an internal procurement proposal, planned orders are made. When purchasing from a merchant, the MRP controller could make a scheduled order or press release. For a scheduled order, the next action should be transformed into a PR before being purchased and intended to work toward being a PO. A scheduled purchase can use a transaction code to be transformed into a PR. MD14.
